Request to all visitors visiting the QUINTET FN5 on October 27

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to prevent the spread of infectious diseases at the QUINTET FN5 Tournament to be held on October 27.

QUINTET has followed the "Guidelines for the Prevention of Spread of Infection for the Resumption of Sports Events" outlined by the Japan Sports Association for establishing rules on ticket sales, exiting the venue, and prohibited actions while watching the match.
Please kindly refer and follow our policies to come and enjoy the match with ease of mind.

* The following information may change at any time due to future situations. Such changes will be announced on QUINTET's official website and official social media accounts.

■ Ticket Sales

1. Based on the venue guidelines, seatings will have open spaces on all sides, and there will be no standing tickets on sale. If you purchase tickets together your seat numbers will not be numbered in consecutive order. Please enjoy the match in your assigned seat.
2. The seats, including the guest seats, will be set four meters away from the mats. There will be no seats on the east and west sides of the venue.

■ Preventive Measures to be Taken at the Event

1.When entering the venue
As a request from the venue, elevators are not available for this event. If you have any disabilities that require special assistance, please feel free to ask the staff for help on the day of the event.

2.Registering your information
Please fill out your name and contact information on the back of your ticket stub before entering the event. All information you provide will be kept strictly confidential by the organizers for two weeks after the event. If a cluster or other similar circumstances are identified, we will provide the information to the public health center or other relevant authorities. We will regard that you have agreed to the above with your entry to the event.

3. If you have a smartphone, please install the COCOA app (COVID-19 Contact-Confirming Application).

4. Measuring body temperature and disinfecting hands
Body temperature checks and hand disinfection will be conducted for all visitors upon entry to the venue. Visitors who do no cooperate will not be allowed entry. Depending on your temperature, we may ask you about your health condition, and if you have a fever, we will not allow you to enter.

5. Rules when exiting the venue
Exiting the venue after the event ends will be done based on ticket type and seat number. After the event ends, please remain seated until your seat number is called.

6. Precautionary measures at the venue
 The following measures will be taken at the event.
・ Before the event starts: Disinfection of the entire building, including the seats, handrails, restrooms, doorknobs, etc.
・During the event: Disinfection in public areas, such as of handrails, restrooms, and doorknobs
・Installation of hand sanitizer stations: In front of the office, in the lobby, restrooms and the waiting rooms corridor on the fourth floor
・ Nurses and staff will be on call.

■ Request to All Visitors

Please read the following before coming to the event.

1. If you have the following symptoms, please do not come to the event.
−If you are not feeling well (E.g., fever above 37.5 degrees, coughing, vomiting, or have a sore throat)
−If you have a family member or someone close to you who is suspected to be infected
− If you have traveled or had close contact with a person from a country or region that requires entry restriction or post-arrival observation period by the government within the past 14 days.
2. Please bring and wear a face mask.
3. Please wash your hands frequently and disinfect them with alcohol or any other disinfectant.
4. Please try to keep a distance of at least two meters between you and other visitors and staff members.
5. Do not talk in a loud voice. No cheering is allowed either.
6. Please follow the organizer's instructions and comply with the measures they determine to prevent the spread of the infection.
7. If you are diagnosed with COVID-19 within two weeks from the match, please inform the organizer immediately of the people who were in close contact with you at the event.

■ Prohibited Acts

In order to prevent the spread of infections, please note that the following acts are not permitted.

1. Asking for autographs, pictures, handshakes, or high fives with the fighters.
2. Running up and approaching the Hanamichi (elevated passageway) or fighter's entrance.
3. Waiting for the fighters to enter or leave the venue.

We will ask any person who fails to follow the above rules and prohibitions or causes trouble to the fighters or other visitors to leave the venue.
