QUINTET has created rules regarding ticket sales, exiting the venue, and prohibited actions while watching matches based the Japan Sports Association's "Guidelines to Prevent the Spread of Infection for the Resumption of Sports Events" to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Please read and follow these policies so that everyone can enjoy matches with peace of mind.
* The following information may change at any time due to future situations. Such changes will be announced on QUINTET's official website and official social media accounts.
Ticket Sales
Based on the venue guidelines, seats will be spaced out on all sides, and no standing tickets will be sold. If you purchase tickets together, your seat numbers will not be consecutive. Please enjoy the match from your assigned seat.
Preventive Measures Taken at the Venue
1．入場について
5F会場へのエレベーター使用時には定員数を必ずお守りください。
2. Registering your information
Please fill out your name and contact information (phone number or email address) on the back of your ticket stub before entering the venue. The information you provide will be kept strictly confidential by the organizers for one month after the event. If a cluster or other similar circumstances occur, we will provide the information to the public health center or other relevant authorities. By entering the venue, you agree to these procedures.
3. If you have a smartphone, please install the COCOA app (COVID-19 Contact-Confirming Application).
4. Measuring body temperature and disinfecting hands
Body temperature checks and hand disinfection will be conducted for all visitors upon entry to the venue. Visitors who do no cooperate will not be allowed entry. Depending on your temperature, we may ask you about your health condition, and if you have a fever, we will not allow you to enter.
5. Rules when exiting the venue
Exiting the venue after the event ends will be done based on ticket type and seat number. After the event ends, please remain seated until your seat number is called.
6. Precautionary measures at the venue
The following measures will be taken at the event.
・ Before the event starts: Disinfection of the entire building, including the seats, handrails, restrooms, doorknobs, etc.
・During the event: Disinfection in public areas, such as of handrails, restrooms, and doorknobs
・Installation of hand sanitizer stations: In front of the office, in the lobby, restrooms and the waiting rooms corridor on the fourth floor
・ Nurses and staff will be on call.
Request to All Visitors
会場にお越しになる際は、以下の内容をご確認いただきますよお願い致します。
1． 以下の事項に該当する場合は、ご来場しないようお願い致します。
−体調不良（発熱（37.5℃を目安）、咳、嘔吐、咽頭痛など）
−同居家族や身近な方に感染が疑われる方が居る場合
−過去14日以内に政府から入国制限、入国後の観察期間を必要とされる国、地域への渡航または当該在住者との濃厚接触がある場合
2． マスクをご持参の上、必ず着用をお願いします。
3． こまめな手洗いやアルコール等による手指消毒の実施
4． 他の来場者やスタッフとの距離（出来れば2m以上）を確保するように努めて下さい。
5． 会場内では、大きな声での会話、応援等は控えて下さい。
6． 感染防止のために主催者が決定したその他の措置を遵守し、主催者の指示に従って下さい
7． 大会終了後2週間以内に新型コロナウィルス感染症を発症した場合は、主催者に対して、速やかに濃厚接触者の有無について報告して下さい。
Prohibited Acts
To prevent the spread of infection, the following acts are prohibited.
1. Asking for autographs, pictures, handshakes, or high fives with the fighters
2. Running up to the Hanamichi (elevated passageway) or fighter's entrance
3. Waiting for the fighters to enter or leave the venue
We will ask any person who fails to follow the above rules and prohibitions or causes trouble to the fighters or other visitors to leave the venue.
